How to Order ?

How do I pay ?

Although we offer the convenience of paying with your credit card through a secure site, we understand that there would be some customers who prefer NOT to reveal their credit card details online for security reasons. For these reasons, we offer a few payment options to our local customers

1. Singapore Dollar Cheques
Crossed and Made Payable to "Bumwear" and passed to our Delivery Person for Local Singapore Deliveries. We very strongly discourage giving cash payments to the Delivery Person

Please note that this option is only available for hand delivery.

2. Credit Cards (MasterCard, VISA)
For credit card transactions, We CAN fix prices for your transactions to be made in either Singapore Dollars (SGD), US Dollars (USD) and Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Just state your preference. Payment is only charged to your card when we have ascertained the availability of stock & the total costs of your purchase.

We use a very secure credit card processing system called WorldPay

3. Electronic Funds Transfer
Bank in the Payment directly to our Bank Account or using Internet Banking or Telegraphic Transfer:

4. Payment Options at our shop at United Square
Kindly take note that our shop @ United Square only accepts payment by cash and NETS only.

Delivery Options And Costs

We provide free delivery for local orders above $100 in nett value. The method of the free delivery is based on our discretion. Depending on the size of the package, we may either use SingPost or the Courier Service based on our discretion.

For orders below $100, here are the options.

1. By Mail (Singapore Post)
We can send the item(s) to you via registered post. For bulky/heavy packages requiring more postage charge, we will advise you whether it's a more worthwhile option using the local courier service.

Please note that if you choose delivery by mail, payment should be done either by the credit card or Electronic Funds Transfer for the simple reason that the postman will not collect cheques on our behalf.

2. Local Courier Service
This service is available to any local Singapore Delivery address except to a post office box. You can normally expect to get your order hand delivered to you in 3 working days (excluding the actual day the order is placed and weekends/public holidays)

Local Singapore delivery charges are as follows:

Extra trips required for returns or exchanges will be charged S$10 per trip

Kindly note:
• Courier will call to arrange for a suitable timing and to confirm location prior to delivery.
• All deliveries are arrangeable during weekday hours up to 6pm only.
• No deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, Public Holidays and at Night.
• Couriers will not wait around for customers to have private fitting sessions.
• Payment - Cheque / Exact Cash can be passed to the Delivery Person when Order is sent.

3. Self-collect from our shop @ United Square
We can drop by our shop @ United Square to pick up your order if you wish. Kindly note that unless payment is made in advance (through credit card or funds transfer), we would normally be able to reserve your items for only 2 days.

How do I order ?

1) Online Ordering System
For your convenience, Bumwear offers a secure online shopping experience.

If you have a special instruction that you would like us to take note, please include that in the "Message Box" that comes with the shopping cart. Discounts and Gift vouchers details can be entered here as well.

2) By visiting our shop@United Square
If you have friends or relatives in Singapore (or coming to Singapore), you can ask them to go directly to our shop and pick up your order from our shop @ United Square.

How much will the postage cost ?

Before we can answer this question correcty, we first need to know what you will be ordering because the postage is determined by country of destination as well as weight of the parcel.

If you would like to know how much you will need to pay for the postage, do drop us an email telling us what you are thinking of ordering and we will calculate for you the postage that you will need to pay.

The table below shows the approximate postage costs for diaper package orders outside of Singapore.

We ship to anywhere in the world using the very reliable Singapore Post. We found it to be the cheapest way of shipping out orders to our overseas customers and better yet, they have the perfect record of delivering all our overseas orders safely.

For us to be able to tell you what the shipping cost would be, we would need to know what you are ordering as postage is determined solely by the destination and the weight so do include this vital piece of information in your email to us :-)

2. FedEx/DHL/Other Express Couriers
If you have an account with any of the Express Couriers such as FedEx/DHL/TNT or others and would like to use, please let us know the account number with which to send your order.
